  • The project was a winner of Passivhaus Trust Awards 2018 in the Small Projects category.

  • Houses were developed in Collective Private Development (future neighbours develop their own housing project bottom-up). Idea was to develop modern, 'Bauhaus"-kind of houses, with use of prehistorical building materials.
  • Houses are zero-energy, all-electric and 'breathing'. Heating and hot water by a electrical heat-pump. This and all other (electrical) household gear compensated by 25 solar panels.
