- Old Holloway is a modest, affordable, high performing family home in rural Herefordshire, built to a strict passivhaus standard.
- It was the first project in the UK to use the EcoCocon system.
- Palette of materials included clay plaster inside, charred timber cladding and corrugated metal roof.
- The project was a winner of Passivhaus Trust Awards 2018 in the Small Projects category.
- 7 725 kg of CO2 sequestered.
